WARRANTY AND SERVICE LIFE
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
The seller accepts claims on the quality of shoes in the presence of a cash or sales receipt, preservation of packaging, within 90 calendar days from the date of sale, in the form of a statement indicating specific defects. The warranty period for seasonal footwear comes from the beginning of the season. If the seasonal footwear is worn with non-compliance with seasonality, no quality claims are accepted.
The seller reserves the right to conduct an expert examination to determine the quality within 20 days from the date of receipt of the goods on application.
We do not accept claims for the quality of shoes in case of non-compliance with the rules of operation, transportation, storage of shoes, or in the case of shoes purchased by the buyer with a non-standard foot shape.
We do not accept claims in case of improper use of shoes, shocks, cuts, skin abrasions.
Do not accept claims if the shoes are second-hand, with a pronounced defect (unpainted, defects in the leather, etc.), which took place during the sale.
The warranty does not apply to parts requiring minor repairs and replacement parts (insoles, Velcro, laces, laces, hems, hardware).
Defects are not:
Irregularities in color or structure, irregularities in pattern as natural characteristics of natural leather.
Wetting (change of color of the top when exposed to water) as a property of genuine leather.
Staining of the insoles and lining.
